Who is Yohann I hear you ask?

Well Yohann was nearly 24 stones in 2010 and didn’t know anything about fitness. But then he met the right person to help him and he decided to start training, he lost weight and got fitter. To him this was a revelation – that with the right people behind him anything can be achieved. As a result of this he decided to become qualified himself so he could become the person that others would look up to and someone who can offer you the motivation to better yourself.

As he says “If I can make one person happier and fitter each day when I wake up I will know it was all worth while. Life is too serious as it is why make workouts serious when you can have fun with them. Don’t wait any longer, I am here for you all.”

There are a wide range of classes in all sorts of venues for you to choose from. Yohann always makes every training session fun, full of variety but intense enough to feel and see the difference. Why not take a look at the testimonials and you will see what we mean.

Personal / Group Training Sessions

Personal session: From time to time we need someone to guide us, push us, make us feel even better about ourselves. Take the first step and contact Tiger Training. We will create a personal development workout for you. Start today to fight tomorrow’s battle.

Group session : Sometimes working out alone can be daunting so Tiger Training also offer you the chance to exercise with your family/friends. Have a fun workout with a good laugh, maybe a bit of competition too….. Office bonding parties, stag do, hen do,we cater for everybody. Take the first step and make sure to contact us.



PiYo is a total-body fitness system designed to whip you into shape from head to toe. It combines the practices of Pilates and yoga to help you build strength, lose weight, increase flexibility and have a great time doing it. It was designed for people who want the mind-body benefits of a yoga or Pilates workout, but with a higher-energy, higher-sweat class.

Turbo Kick

Turbo Kick® – the fat-blasting, ab-defining cardio workout that is sweeping the nations health clubs and allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories an hour! A mix of kickboxing and simple dance grooves set to heart pounding dance music that will have you looking forward to your next workout!


ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music / dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting class based on the principle that a workout should be “FUN AND EASY TO DO.” The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body.

Aqua zumba

Aqua Zumba® is a safe, effective, and challenging water-based workout that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness.

Don’t be fooled, this is not your normal aqua class. The moves are intense. Remember, you will be moving your bodies for 45 or 60 minutes against the resistance of water. The movements are challenging and you can really feel the muscles working against the resistance. Exercise movements include hamstring curls, Zumba shuffle, kicking, twisting and clapping.

Indoor Cycling

This class is a great cardiovascular workout. Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. All levels are welcome.


INSANITY is a revolutionary cardio-based total body conditioning programme based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. … INSANITY’s interval training is the pinnacle of cardio training. INSANITY is a predesigned interval class that requires no equipment and is easy to learn and fun to participate in.

Core De force

MMA-Inspired Combinations: Broken into 3-minute rounds of punching, kicking, and jabbing, these Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai moves blast fat, strengthen the core, and define your abs. Bodyweight Moves: Forget lugging around weights.

Vibe Power

Vibe power is a freestyle resistance class with the focus on strength and power – low reps with high resistance. It is predominantly a barbell based class but many aspects of equipment training can be utilised.


Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 45 mins to one hour. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning. … So as mentioned above Boxfit is a cardio workout.

Circuit / Bootcamp

A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training programme conducted by gyms, personal trainers, and former military personnel. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1-hour period of time.

Ladies fitness

Those classes are designed for ladies only. All levels of fitness are welcome. Every week the workouts will be different from cardio circuit classes, equipment circuit, kettlebells workout and much more…
